stolen account

my premium account was hacked, and somebody changed my email and i can not enter in my account.

Hi @user-removed,

 

I'm sorry to hear that. In this case then I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify staff - simply drop them a line on Facebook or by using the contact form. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply.

 

Support usually gets back within a day or two.

same here, but i think it is related to the device limitation.

Spotify suddently added 3 maxiumn device.

I can use facebook to log in, and it pop to me and alert me. ( all library is clean ==")

I think it is not a suttibile way to do this.

actually, it not enough either in my case ( Iphone, Ipod, Ipad and Mac ==")

but i am also send the email to check, wait for answer.

Actually you can use Spotify on as many devices as you want, but you can only store offline music on 3 devices.

Pretty sad. They should have a link that says I DID NOT MAKE THIS CHANGE and it should restore the account. Having to lose days of something you pay for is just plain stupid...
