Spotyify Premium for Family

I have premium for family.  No one in my family can get on the spotify without kicking someone else off.  Please help.

Hey @mrsrrgoss, welcome to the Spotify Community.

First of all, make sure that you did the following.

1. All your family members need their own account. They have to sign up for a free account at least.
2. After that you need to go to your account page and invite them via the family plan.
3. Your family members receive an email where they have to accept your invitation.
4. After that they need to log in to Spotify with their own account and everything should be up and running.
