Starbucks Premium deactivated

Starbucks Premium deactivated

So I didn't realize that by having the premium Spotify through Starbucks, I had to play music every 30 days and now my premium is deactivated. I try to reactivate it like the Spotify/partners page says but it when I try, it says "something went wrong." Any solutions on how I can fix this without having to call PCC?
