My Question or Issue

There are some odd playlists in my library.

The problem here is that I don't play those songs/albums/playlists so maybe someone else is using my account.

Time ago I changed my password but seems to continue after this, any ideas?

That doesn't sound good. I’m sorry to hear you think someone else has gained access to your Spotify account. Please check out the FAQ page ”Someone else has gained access to my account” here for the next steps to take. Please try to sign out everywhere as well and see how it goes.
