Stuck in a loop when trying to change Country

I'm moving to Brazil and I want to start using my Brazilian credit card. If I go to the regular settings the drop-down list for countries is grayed out. If I go to manage subscription I can't change the card or remove it.

 

I even went back to Spotify Free to maybe be able to re-enter new card info but I can't do it and if I try to update the payment settings it asks me for a ZIP code and if I give anything ZIP code outside the US (my current country) it just gives me an error.
