Student Discount Issues

Hello Spotify Community! I am currently having an issue where I cannot change my subscription to a student account. When I followed the following steps directed here "https://support.spotify.com/us/problems/#!/article/can-I-get-the-us-student-discount-if-i-have-premi... it did not work. After I clicked "Log In" it does not take me to "Tell us about yourself" just like it displayed in step 5. It is frustrating when their solutions are not updated or correct. Also I've tried going to subcriptions, but there is no option/selection that I see to change to student discount. When I went into my account settings and selected "Edit profile", there is not a selection to change any info regarding "Tell us about yourself" or any type of institution. 

Is there anyway someone could help me out? Or better yet have a customer service number to Spotify? I feel like I have been wronged and charged unfairly.

I would greatly appreciate any feedback and asisstance.

Sorry for the trouble! There is currently a glitch with the student discount page for some people. The website team is still trying to fix it.
