Student Discount not applied

Student Discount not applied

I was just charged the full premium price, but my Spotify account says that I should be getting the student discount. Why am I still being charged the full price?

Hi @Addiep welcome to the Spotify Community! 

 

Would you be able to check that the username on your Spotify account matches the one you're logging in with for your student account? It'll just rule out a duplicate account existing. It's worth checking your receipts match in your account here too and it also might help explain the charges (it'll say if it's for premium for example).

 

All the above will be useful for problem solving but you'll most likely need to talk to Spotify Cares, who you can reach through this contact form, their facebook or twitter
