Student Discount

I am currently a sophomore at Fairfield University and I signed up for the student discount in March 2014 for 12 months.  I read the subscription renew and said I was going to be charged $4.99 + tax on March 9th.  I checked my bank statements today and I was charged $9.99 instead.  I cancelled my subscription, but then I went to the student discount page again and it said I successfully signed up for the Spotify premium with the student discount again.  I want a refund for the overcharge.
