Student Premium Discount

Hi I'm new to spotify and I'm trying to apply for the studnet discount and everytime i finalize my payment it says processing and then brings me back to the page to restart filling it out. Everything is filled out and I've tried it multiple times and I am a currently enrolled in classes so I should qualify. Anyone know if theres something I can do?

The student discount is not working. What are my alernatives. How can you store my credit card information yet not have a working site. Please fix this.

I am also having this issue. I am unable to change my premium subscription from regular to student after updating my card info. And if i try to change my card info through the student premium page, I can't get to a screen to allow me to do that. Please fix this.
