Student Subscription

I am a student at John Tyler Community college and have tried to sign up for the student subscription but it doesn't recognize my info, how can this be fixed?

Hello, welcome to the Community!

Do you get any error message while attempting to start the offer?

If you can verify your elegibility on this page you should be able to start the student offer.

If your university is not listed here, then you are not elegible for the student discount.

It is on that page but I do not have any documentation besides a student card but the card doesn't have my name or anything on it
