Hello my premium subscription is expired. As I am a new student I wanted to get student discount with my new subscription.

After I entered my Credit card information, I realized that my school wasn't in the list (Vancouver Film School). So I filled a form to put my school in the list. But I didn't buy a subscription.

Now I see 4.99$ pendind payment in my credit card transactions.

In my spotify account page, it says that its a free account...

If I can't get the premium account why did Spotify charged me?
