I was trying to sign up for the student discount and I got charged twice I was also denied to the student discount. How can I get my money back ?

The same thing JUST happened to me.. I wonder how I can be charged for something before it goes through and even though they couldn't "verify" my being a student. Ridiculous.

I was trying to sign up for the student discount and I got charged twice. I previously had the student discount and paused it and I was trying to restart and the process froze and did not complete. However, I was charged twice and I am still on the free level instead of premium.
