Student premium not working

I have had the student premium for a couple of months now and it has suddenly gone back to a free account for no apparent reason. Have tried to get it again but not working and I really don't know why. If anyone could help me I would be very grateful.

Have you checked if your payment method is still valid? Anyway I've escalated your issue and an agent should get in touch with you soon.

Check the account page: https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/

Usually to change payment details, you would first cancel your subscription, and then on the suscription page when you are subsribing again,  it will ask for new payment details
