Hello, I am a premium subscriber. I began my subscription by using my facebook account. I have deleted my facebook account and I cannot access premium features on any of my apps.
Followed instructions here:
Used the 'contact us' form with full details.
Every time I hit 'submit', I get a red boxed message saying 'your session has ended'.
I am becoming an unhappy subscriber.
No answer yet. Looking for assistance. Your 'contact support' pages report 'Your Session is Ended' when I try to submit a ticket.
