Subscribed, but not getting Premium?

Subscribed, but not getting Premium?

All of the sudden my subscription is gone and I am back to Spotify Free for no reason. Tried everything that there is, still not getting my subscription back. Weird that even some people other than me are getting the same problem as well. Still, I need some solution to this. And also, when going to the upgrade page, it automatically went to Spotify Family Premium, in which I do not want to, but that's the only offer other than the yearly subscription. Hopefully this will get solved soon. It's really frustrating!

There seemed to be an issue with the payment system but it should be fixed now. Does it persist? Try logging out and then back in...

Contacted support. With thorough help, I was able to get my subscription back. Should be okay now! Thanks for replying!
