Hi everyone,
I subscribed yesterday my premium account on my ps4, but I am still free in all the platform. I received the receipt of my purchase so I am sure I paid for it. Tried to log out and in again, tried to uninstall and reinstall again but nothing to do. On the playstation when i check my spotify subscrption it says that I am on premium, not in the other platform, but even if on the playstation says so, it works still as free user. Please help me :((

I'm having the same problem except that i didn't pay but instead applied for the 2 months free trial.
Your link just says to disconnect and reconnect from Spotify on Playstation. Easier said than done, how do I do that ? I found no such option.
To log out of Spotify on PS4 - you will need to select your Spotify username at the top right corner (within the Spotify app), then select Log Out. You can log back in with these steps.
