Subscribed premium from Subscription list but won't work!

Hello, I was turned off auto renewal and now I'm out of premium, so I renewed it from subscribe list via Apple ID. I got a receipt too (in my email) also receipt from Apple Store. But my premium doesn't work! And it says "abroad" thing so I can't even get logged in.

And also in my Apple ID page it says I'm premium but it doesn't work!
