Subscribing via smart biling communitcations

I have been subscribed on spotify for a few months now and my monthly payment is due every 27th of the month via Smart (one of the biggest telecom in Philippines). On Dec, Smart is not reminding me of any payments regarding spotify premium which is on every 27th day of the month until, Dec 31 when my subscription is cancelled. I have been trying to regain my subscription but all of my efforts are uselesss. I don't know if my phone is the problem or my sim card. I want to know how can i fix it so I can continue listening to my musics and podcasts😊😊

Hey, I've already visited the website a bunch of times and for some reason they just won't accept my number or it was accepted but the Pincode was never sent. I don't have credit card or anything else just my phone number, my load and patience. I'm all ears for any other recommendations

They already looked into the issue and they told me (via telephone) that the problem is really located on Spotify
