Hi guys! my name is Ignacio from Chile, Sudamerica.

I got a question, what happen with this picture?

This notification reach to my cellphone through the Spotify App.
I mean.. It says: "Just 2 days remaining to get 2 free months of Premium. Upgrade your acc before 31 of december."

So I want to know, How you will give me the 2nd premium month, and if you will notificate me about it

Are you already a premium subscriber?

 

The notification was to let users know that if you aren't a premium subscriber yet, you can sign up for the deal to get 2 months free when you sign up for one.

 

The deal expired on December 31st.

Hi Matt! I did suscribe to premium at 30/12/2014 (dd/mm/yy obviusly), but watch my payment history

Pd (edit): before that date, I wasn't premium 🙂

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and help you with this.

I did write a ticket but the staff did never answer me.. 

It was around 2 or 3 weeks ago

I Eithier know which lenguage use to speak them, I dont know if they got a latin staff.. If you could tell me, for choose a lenguage

Yes, they have people who speak Spanish.

The case number is 8 numbers. Do you see an 8 digit number anywere in the emails?

If nothing happens then try to reply to the email You received (even if there is written "noreply").

No one email reaches to my inbox

Go to about us/contact to open a request to support:

https://www.spotify.com/it/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/

Then an automated Spotify case number will be sent to your email.
Reply to that email if nothing happens in a few days.
