Subscription Failure

Subscription Failure

This is the second time I am receiving e-mails stating that my subscription payment through has failed. The first was when I had set up payment through Paypal then I switched to a direct debit straight from my bank account. This has been working perfectly for many months, but apparently just stopped. There should be no problem as I have funds in this account. If this is not some sort of scam to get try and get my payment details, can someone please check where the problem lies and what I may need to do to resolve the issue?

Hey there @JanineRT!

 

First check www.spotify.com/account to see when you're set to renew. If it's a day in the past, then you need to reach out to Spotify Support to make sure that it's going through. 

 

They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
