Subscription Problems in Bolivia

Hello, I used Spotify for more than two years with my US Account then I moved to Bolivia. After some time I couldn't listen to music because it was mandatory to change my location to Bolivia. A phew months ago I cancelled my subcription for premium and when I was asked to pay the ammount was 5.99$ for Bollivia, but when I was paying trough PayPal the ammount went to 9.99$. Can you explain me why this is happening?

Hi. Have you checked your receipt on the spotify website and look for the amount charged? If the receipt there shows 5.99, then your payment method has charged you some commission and you should ask paypal or your bank. If it says 9.99 then you should get in contact with an specialized advisor from spotify with this link: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/ and ask them.
