Do you have your account linked to Facebook? Try to log in using your email address and then username. If it doesn't help, I'll see if I can get someone from the staff to have a look into your account.

Nope, sorry.. Nothing worked. I tried to log in and out fifty times yesterday as well as doing a complete reinstall today.
It says that I am upgraded to Unlimited but I still am not..

I have the same problems, I've tried everything (loggin in /out several times, reinstalling...). I do not have my account linked to facebook. Could anyone have a look to my account too?

Ok, now with facebook I do have an unlimited account (but with another user name). It seems that now I have two accounts: one with my real name linked to facebook, unlimited. Another one with a nickname, free account (the one that i've been using until now). Now, how do I open Spotify unlimited? I've tried with my "code" as a username but I don't have the passwrod. I've tried to reset my password but I can't.
Any ideas?
