If I subscribe to one of the subscription plans can I export my tracks or albums to my Windows 8 Music App

I mean I would like to have all my music in one placer., In this case I want to be able to save all my music in the Music APP in Widows 8

If you subscribe to Spotify, the music you listen to stays in spotify you cannot export it, you can sync it for offline play but you can't export it.

Yup, 555michael is correct here. 

Spotify relies on a closed system in order to track play counts to ensure artists are fairly paid for track plays. This closed system means that you can't take any content from Spotify and use it in another location or program.
