Subscription didn't cancel

Subscription didn't cancel

I tried to cancel my subscription to premium and it said it was successful. I even filled out the reason why i was 'leaving" and now I find a 10.99 charge on my card. first of all I'm a student and I signed up as a student and now I'm not getting student prices either. That is not the point I am trying to make right now though. I am extremely mad about being charged after cancelling. If there was a problem I should have been notified some way.  I am very upset and I want my money back. I didnt' have the money right now which is why i canceled in the first place. Some one help.

Hello and welcome to the Spotify Community!

You should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares (ENG) or @SpotifyAyuda (ESP).

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Don't forget to check your Spam Box 😉

You're not alone.  I cancelled my subscription MONTHS ago and I just realized they've been charging every month.  I don't recommend anyone to deal with them.  When you want to contact them for a refund there is no way to do so as they've set up this community section to pretend that you're getting help when no one is willing to help.

@hunsister

The community is a serparate way of getting help. They still have suppport.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

You can also tweet to @SpotifyCares on Twitter for help.
