Subscription page gets stuck

Subscription page gets stuck

Hello,

I am just trying to subscribe my free trial but after selecting the credit card logos and pressing the button "Continue", the page gets stuck. The message "Loading. Please wait..." stays there forever.

I have already tried all the browser I have (Chrome, Firefox and Safari). No luck.

I have already tried to clear the cache of all those browsers. No luck.

I would love to start using this amazing service and also to upgrade to the premium account, but I don't seem to find a solution for this problem.

Please see the following picture.

Hi, please make sure JavaScript is enabled. Also, try using another internet connection  🙂

Mmmh... I develop in PHP, Java and jQuery 14 hours a day...

...so I think Javascript is kind of enabled in my system. 😉

As for the internet connection, I will give it a try with my 4G Android phone.

But I can't say this is encouraging!

Don't worry, it could be  your internet's fault - loads of sites didn't work on my old one 😛

Actually it didn't work on my 4G connection as well.

Same thing happened: "Loading. Please waits..." message sits forever.

This is 2 out of my 2 connections did not work with this website.

Anyway, I managed to solve the issue going to my account page and typing the credit card information there.

This seems to be slightly couterintuitive, though.

As far as I am concerned, a well programmed website should work in any condition.
We have plenty of tools today to make this possible with a little effort.
