I'm also having the same problem. I've tried upgrading in both Firefox and Chrome. Firefox, I get the 504 Gateway Time-Out error, Chrome I just get sent back to the Account Details page where it tells me the next page will require my password- this loops around infinitely without any error message of any sort.

Hey, im also having the 504 Gateway issue when trying to upgrade to premium. Please fix it soon, im going for a 10 hour drive in an hour and would love to have more than some boring radio on the trip. 🙂

I'm also having this issue. I'm trying to enter new payment details, but it just says "oops, something went wrong" after I choose country and postal code. Posted this in another thread as well, not sure where to write, sorry about that.

Looks like you (spotify) guys have been losing a lot of money due to the bad gateway 502 error over the past year......Looks like your going to lose mine too. Was trying to subscribe and give you my money and received that error. Googled the error related to your site and saw that many others were experiencing the same problem since early 2013.....

I am also having this problem, want to sign up to premium but can't! Is there any other way? Very frustrating!

tried to go to premien over spotify.com/nike from we voucher from we own the night, but all i get when i try to get the premium is either 

Oops! An Error Occurred

The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".

Something is broken. Please e-mail us at [email] and let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
or  the 502 bad gateway error message..... help please!

@yulipulibrezel - If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to lend a hand to get you up and running. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

502 Bad Gateway, again, since this morning (ET)!!

Uh, hmm.. I've been getting this same message everytime I've tried to go Premium. My subscription is almost up. I should've never cancelled! q_q

I can´t upgrade to premium it just says bad gateway 502.

2013 there seems to be a lot of people with the same problem... HELP

ps we used american express card when we tried to upgrade...

I am also getting Bad Gateway 502 error on both desktop and mobile app. Please let me give you my money.
