Subscription problem

Hi

I signed up for the 30 day free premium trial yesterday expecting that I would be billed after the first 30 days at a rate of NZD 12.99. I live in New Zealand.

I have already been billed and whats more I have been billed 12.99  in Australian dollars.

How do I get this corrected? As there is an exchange rate charge on my credit card too can this be sorted too thanks.

As this is a billing query, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
