Subscription problems

Hey Community members

I'm a premium user for quite some time now and always enjoyed it. As for now i never had any problems with it.

This morning i got a mail which said spotify wasn't able to renew my subscription due to payment issues.

Now i am wondering why. I normally pay via Klarna and have already payed for this month.

I don't now but something must have gotten wrong

Maybe somebody can please figure out why my payment didn't come through?

Hey @randomlywild 🙂 

Your best bet is to check your online overview to see what your subscription status says, then get in touch with Klarna since they will be the ones maintaining the payment details on your account. Normally, Spotify can't tell you exactly why a payment fails.
