My account overview says I am on Spotify free but I pay $11.99 every month by direct debit through pay pal. Kindly advise.

Hey @patchixx,

 

Sounds like you might have another account. It'll be best to get in touch with the Support team for a closer look, which you can do either through the Contact form or send a DM to @SpotifyCares.

 

You can also provide them clues securely, so they can track where your payment went.

Check your e-mails. You should get a recepit from Spotify each month when they take payment from your card. It should give you insight to whats happening. 

 

When you contact support, reply to their "no-reply" email for a faster response.
