My subscription was suppose to renew on 2/16/2016 and it renewed today 2/15/2016, so I was already charged and I wanted to cancel my subscription before I was charged. How do I get a refund?

Hi. You should have unsuscribed way earlier, you don't have to wait until the last day. Anyway, You were already charged so technically a refund won't apply and you should unsuscribe right now if you dont want to get charged again next month. 

I'm not sure if you can get a refund but you could try asking Client Support if there's something they can do: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/
