I was changed 9.99 today because my free trial ended. I have cancelled it now but want to know if I get a refund or do I keep premium for this month.

Hi Denise6! When you cancel your membership once you've been billed, you will keep premium for the full month you were billed. Sorry for the inconvenience, but since you have cancelled you should not be billed in the future.

To request  a refund, you do have the option contact Spotify support:

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/
If they will reply with a no-reply email, reply to it, even though it is a no-reply.
