OK so i accidentally got the family plan with plus 2 members and I only wanted plus one member. I cancelled teh subscription and it says that it will end on 5/3. Am i still getting charged 19.99 for cancelling it?

Hey there @grant4!

 

Yes, you will be. Spotify subscriptions are paid up front, meaning that you pay in this month for next month's Spotify subscription. Can't make any guarantees as this is technically outside of the contract terms and I do not work for Spotify, but you can reach out to Spotify Support and see if they can help you out.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
