Spotify charged me for a Familiar Plan that I did pay and my bank did charged me, but in the app im still apaearing as a free suscriber, can anyone help me with this?

Same happened to me. Paid for student premium and it shows on my bank but spotify refuses to recognize i paid for it.

In that case, I'd suggest you to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can check your account from their end, and to better explain what happened.
