I can’t login into my Spotify premium account , I have the email but the not the password can’t press the reset password button because I don’t know the password to that email , I’m logged in on the app but it won’t let me change to free instead of premium help!

If you get in contact with Spotify support, you should be able to provide them with your credit info so that they can cancel your Premium subscription or even give you access to your account back. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook, Twitter or contact Spotify Consumer Support filling  this anonymous contact form. You will need to answer some questions to confirm your identity.
