Subscriptions Vodafone Italy

Good evening, I started a promotion with Vodafone Italy that includes a free year of Spotify; when I try to activate my account appears a message that says I have already received the offer. I contacted several times the Vodafone but the answer has always been to contact Spotify.

Have you paid your Spotify account with a mobile provider before?

 

You should contact customer support through this link:

 

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/

 

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

I payed one times with my credit cards, but without a mobile phone; anyway I writed to customer support.
