Suddenly unsubscribed

Hi guys,

I got an sms to say my spotify account got unsubscribed. But definitely wasn't  done by me (its set to auto renew and has been like that for 6mths at least).

I checked and logged into my account and sure enough it shows my account is now free instead of premium.

Looking at my history of payments last one was 18/03...which makes today the renewal date/payment date.

Any ideas?

I have the exact same problem! I even see that my Premium payment has gone out yesterday but my account shows "Free" instead of "Premium". Help needed!
