Cannot log onto Spotify on any devices

I am having an Event tomorrow night and I downloaded the Spotify App on three tablets such as my computer. The thing is: After typing in my login details and pressing "Log In" it stucks - I cannot press anything else and it also does not say "wrong password", etc. So I typed in my correct login details but it all got stuck and will not proceed on any devide.

Have you downloaded the latest version of the app? Are you using an Android or Apple devices? Also, can you please try to do a full & clean installation of the app?
