Suffle don't suffle

all the time it seem to play same song's, like 40 from 200.

same if I manually change song to one what have not played it continue to repeat these same songs.

i'm premier user currently, have not used this about 2 years. before it was working like a boss now it's like a **bleep**ing joke. sight.

Is there anything what I can do for this?

I'm so tired of this. If I manually example scroll down to song what have not played and then I suffle. it will suffle songs what have played before.

I'm ex customer on next week if I can't solve this **bleep**.
