Switched from Premium to Family plan.

Switched from Premium to Family plan.


I just switched from my premium to a family plan. However, I paid for a month of premium, so I was wondering if I could get a refund for the premium. I purchased Spotify Premium before my sisters asked me to purchase the family plan for us. I switched over within an hour so I don’t think it should be a problem to issue a full refund. How would I go about getting a refund?

So, your payment yesterday was for one month of Spotify Premium. If you upgrade to Premium for Family today, you won't be charged for the family rate right away.


Any remaining Premium time you have will be converted into a Premium for Family subscription, so this can bring your next payment date forward. We do this to automatically make room for your intended members so they can enjoy Premium automatically.
