Switched to Family but still being charged for a normal premium service

Hi, Five members of our family took advantage of the summer offer 3 months for 99p.  We have now switched to Family, but I seem to have also been charge the £9.99 for Premium.  How do I get this refunded and stopped for the future

Same issue happened to me. Solved this by stopping my lone-premium subscription first and then proceeding to subscribe to the family plan. As for the refund, your best bet would be to contact the customer service for Spotify to rectify the problem.
