Switching country issue

Switching country issue

I've registered in UK and I'm using English account. I moved to Poland and it was OK, but recently I decided to join my daughter's (who has Polish account) and mine under Family Account. So I switched to family and, surprisingly our accounts can't be joined. I tried to switch mine to Polish using Polish credit card. System says I will be switched to Polish account when the payment is made from this card. But it hasn't happened (twice). The result is I'm paying for Family account (GBP15) and my daughter has no Premium features.

Hi @zalun thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!

 

There's an FAQ that may cover some of this but usually these problems occur when your IP's don't match up. Would you be able to check all IP's using this page? If they all match but you're still unable to get them sync'd then I'd suggest firstly logging out of the app and then back in. If that doesn't work then having a chat with Spotify Care using this contact form, their facebook or twitter may help.
