Switching from free to premium

Switching from free to premium

I added my husband to our premium account. He had a free account previously. After he received his invite and redeemed the code he went back and logged into the app and his account is still "free" and not premium. Help please!

Try deleting and re-downloading the app.

Hey there @Pladams21, welcome to the community!

 

That's odd. If he goes to his account page, does it show that his account is Free or Premium? If it shows up as Premium, then ask him to try a clean re-installation on his device. You can find the steps here.

If it says Free, then ask him to take this survey. It's possible he may have made a duplicate account.
