Switching user names

How do I switch user names so I am main account holder.  My son set up Premium Family I pay for the account.  He now no longer has access to his email account and my debit card has changed so we can't use the service.

Do you know how this can be rectified?

Hey @horsepilates!

It's not cool that this happens. It's not possible to transfer the main account. However, you can cancel the subscription on your son's account with these steps. After all the accounts go back to Free, you can subscribe on your account with these steps.
