Hello guys, 

 

I hope my message will make some sense.

I have Spotify premium and I'd like to change my email address. But it tells me that the address I  want to use is already taken. The problem might be that sometime ago I have already used that address but then I decided to sign up through Facebook. So now it probably thinks that that email anger has been already used. I don't know what to do. When I go to settings -> change email - it tells me that it's taken..

In my experience, it's better not to have your Facebook address as your email address in Spotify, because it causes problems like this.

 

If you still want to use it, you need to contact customer support to ask them to cancel the Spotify account linked to your Facebook.
