Technical Difficulties with Joining Family Plan

My mom sent me a link to join our family plan. I accepted the invite, filled in the info part as well as the invitation code and after I hit submit and confirm, it keeps taking me back to the beginning to fill out the info part. I've attempted to join several times now and each time its the same issue.

Include main account, which account signed up for Spotify Family, and account you try to connect to Spotify Family.
