Toggle Clean Versions of Songs and Include More Explicit Album Versions

Has anyone else had a problem with downoading the explicit labelled version of songs , and then it plays and shows only the editted version ? I even went back to look for the original version and can't find it as explicit anymore .. is there a setting somewhere that may be doing this ?

Unfortunately, what you are most likely seeing is the explicit track being removed from the catalogue by the record label (which they are free to do) and when that happens Spotify will automatically match the track in your playlist to the clean version if it is still available. Content normally does reappear though after a while!

Having the explicit version of the song replaced with the clean version should be an option that people can turn on and off.

I'd rather wait to have the explicit version back rather than have the clean one replace it, and never be notified that the explicit version is back on platform.
