Tracks disappear from collaborative playlist while adding others

Hi,
Since I created a collaborative playlist on Spotify I have been adding tracks here and then. Yesterday I added a whole bunch of tracks but once I started adding other tracks, the first ones disappear.
What am I supposed to do to create a collaborative playlist with 2 other people without tracks disappearing while we add our favorite tracks?

That's odd. Can you let me know if those other people are experiencing the same issue you are? If not, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps. 

If you're still having trouble, please let me know the make and model of your device and we'll go from there.
