My husband passed away and the payments are still being made for Premium Account. I would like to keep Spotify but need the payments transferred to my account.

Was you problem ever resolved? I am trying to get assistance in getting my payments switched from one account to another as well and I'm curious as to how long this process will be or should I just cancel and start over
