Hi.

I have been charged three time the last 5 months for spoitiy. 1 on my danish account and two on my spanish which I just saw now. when I moved to spain i tried to pay with my spanish but it rejected because my phone was from DK or something like that but apparently it charged anyways without me knowing and it has been charging three times. I want my **bleep**inng money back. And why dont you have any kind of customer service to contact. I am seriously speechless of the way you treat your customers. speechless

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Sorry to hear that, it sounds like you have duplicate accounts but the staff can deal with that at the same time as refunding you.

 

If you submit an online contact form; someone at Spotify can get it all sorted.
Once you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

Sorry to hear that, it sounds like you have duplicate accounts but the staff can deal with that at the same time as refunding you.

 

If you submit an online contact form; someone at Spotify can get it all sorted.
Once you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

I misspoke and have only been double charged not triple charged. It seems that my problem is being resolved so I am so far satisfied with the service of spotify. I apologize for my misinformation and hope the problem can be resolved quickly as I really like spotify. Been having some issues with different companies double charging me so I got a bit pissed when I saw it also happended to my spotify account but again, glad for the service.
