Trouble Logging In

Hey,

So randomly last night my spotify asked me for my password and I had a tough time remembering it. I clicked reset and it said that an email was sent to my inbox about resetting the password. The problem is that I do not remember the email address that I used and I think that I might have been using my old high school address which is no longer in service. Does anyone know how I can get some help? I really do not want to lose my account.
